FEMA TRAILERS IN GOOGLE EARTH

In the aftermath of Hurricaine Katrina, the Federal Emergency Management Agency gave out government contracts to manufacture tens of thousands of trailers to house the homeless survivors. They were hastily constructed,(at enormous profit,) Now it's known that in some cases they were made of substandard materials that emit toxic gases. Since they cannot be resold for human habitation, they have accumulated at various locations around the United States while someone decides how to dispose of them.
The cost to the taxpayers is enormous.
Here's an attachment to the trailers lined up at the New Orleans Naval Air Station.
