Day 1 report on the Manning trial of Barack Obama

Day 1 of the Manning trial of Barack Obama in Harlem, New York is now history. Observers from all over the world and from various states were in attendance, including persons from Germany, Canada, Hawaii, California, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida.

Today's activities were primarily preliminary--the march around Columbia University, the questioning and selection of the jury, and opening remarks by Dr. Manning.

The trial begins in earnest tomorrow.

A synopsis of Day 1 can be found at The Conservative Monster, where you will also find photos from the event. Here is an excerpt from the report:

The indictment was handed down via a grand jury and the subpoenas were refused by Columbia University and the Obama administration according to the testimony.

Indictment alleges:

1. Columbia Univ. and Obama conspired to defraud and commit wire fraud and mail fraud

2. Columbia Univ. knowingly concealed the fact that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen

3. Columbia Univ. aided in obstructing justice

4. Obama fraudulently obtained office of the POTUS gaining access to sensitive materials, posing a danger to national security.

5. The prosecution dropped the charges of treason and espionage to avoid complications with a death sentence.

Dr. Manning stated that the charges of treason and espionage were dropped due to the fact that if the jury found Obama guilty, they may recommend the death penalty. Manning said he does not believe in capital punishment and therefore recommended to the prosecution that those charges be dropped.

Controversy ensued outside the building when a few Harlem residents protested the fact that 'birthers' were in their community. They accused the gathering of being 'racist' although it was being held in a Black church and planned, organized, and implemented by a Black Harlem pastor.

Here is the video of the skirmish.

SalonDotCom May 14, 2010Outside the Reverend James David Manning's ATLAH Church in Harlem, neighbors fought with parishioners and visiting birthers over Manning's decision to put Barack Obama on trial for treason

Further updates on the progress of the trial will be provided at my blog, The Liberty Sphere. as well as here at the Examiner, as the news warrants.

Summary of Day One - The Obama Columbia University Trial

DAY ONE -

Today, was day one of the Obama/Columbia University trial and the events consisted of introducing Judge Unger and jury selection. People attended this trial from all over the world. The attendees came from as far as Germany, Hawaii, California, Toronto, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida just to name a few. One of the attendees was a former Mayor of New Mexico as well.

The media consisted of a reporter from Salon.com, Steve Langford from Howard Stern News and myself. There were other free lance reporters as well that attended.

I met a few friends from The Conservative Monster as well and it was great to know that they supported myself and Pastor Manning at a time when we needed them most. Pastor Manning put tons of time, effort and sweat into this trial and this is going to be a very interesting week.

1. We assembled in front of Columbia University and preceded to march around it in protest of their alleged assistance in the eligibility cover up.

2. We walked to the church, went through a metal detector and all bags were checked. Security was very tight.

3. Pastor Manning's staff prepared an amazing lunch

4. Jury Selection

Pastor Manning Quotes:

1. Obama is a criminal and we will prove that in this court room

2. Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton and John McCain helped Obama win the election. Manning stated that a witness will testify that John McCain "took a dive" in the 2008 election.

3. The courts have failed and they are complicit, along with the media to cover up Obama's alleged ineligibility.

4. Manning quoted a speech that he made at a Tea Party in June/July 2009 where he stated "We need to pursue Obama on his ineligibility, non natural born status rather than his policies, because health care will pass no matter how much you try to protest it.

5. God told me that "Our shoes are our weapons". Meaning that we need to march and protest to show them that we will not be silenced.

There was some tension outside with some of the Harlem residents that were Obama fans and they made it known that they were not too pleased about "birthers" being in their neighborhood. I was already inside when this incident took place.

This dirtbag was cursing and screaming in public; she was the perfect example of an Obama supporter/useful idiot. Illiterate and nasty as she got into the the face of an elderly, disabled veteran.

If we were a bunch of "white racists", a black Harlem church would be the last place we would be, but try telling that to this mutt.

  1. Found your report through Rense website & I'll now keep checking back for updates. BRAVO REV. MANNING. This morning I read the "Part I" report by the Salon reporter. It was a disdainful smear job, so I contacted the Salon website, explaining I will NEVER AGAIN read a link to their site about anything EVER - if that's the kind of propaganda they publish, by a reporter who did no research at all. Sorry I didn't have the means to take the trip to NYC, but I support the objectives of this trial completely.

  2. I have said it all along, if you have nothing to hide, then why are you hiding it? And why are you spending millions to stop people from seeing your records on your education, place of birth? Me thinks he protest to much.

  4. Brother Manning, God bless your feet. I will pray for protection from God and that you are proactively ready for infiltrators, violence (fire?) and then arrest and mainstream media vilification.
Way to limit topics and keep the message focused.

  5. Dropping the charges of treason and espionage? Why did Dr. Manning promote the charges of
"treason and espionage" leading up to the trial if he had no intention of following through with them? Smacks of a watered down trial or another distraction. Remember the communist tactic of controlling the opposition, so pretty much from what I am getting from all this is a controlled opposition trial. I don't support Obama 1 bit but I know from 34 years of reading historical documents that Obama did not bring the communists in to our govt at its highest levels. They(communists) were already in our govt back in 1913 and got a major part of their agenda in place in the 1940's under the payroll Income tax(Main plank of the communist manifesto). The Thing that you have to take in to account and look in to when going after the communists is who have been financing their efforts before the turn of the last century. You will be surprised and angered to find where the money trail ends. Hopefully you will pull yourself out of the deep pit of the false left/right, Democrat/Republican matrix of mind control. Get that TV out of your home and do some real reading of historical documents and it will change your political thinking! Be prepared to have your long held political beliefs shattered!

  6. I suggest this "Wake Up" site add a website to its "Important Links" list:

Exposing the problem is the first step, but providing a viable solution must follow.

  8. Why would the charges of treason and espionage get dropped by the prosecution!?

It does NOT mean the prosecution is seeking the death penalty, it merely means that's one of the possible sentences that could be returned by the jury. Has anyone ever heard the words PLEA BARGAIN?

Just imagine the shudders of fear that might grip the shadow government when/if the jury finds Obama et.al. guilty.

Ecclesiastes 12 v.14: "For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil."

Revelation 22 v.20: "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus."
