Don't Wait For Change-- Just Change

This week began as each week usually does, but today I am clearly hearing the echoes of the collective awareness pronounce that indeed things are changing.

And still in the illusion, it all continues. Lest we be fooled, pay attention to what movements take place, but better still, focus on the movements YOU make.

Pay attention to the news, it is better to know than to be ignorant. Don't watch the news ignorantly. That's what we get most from the television it seems-- 30 second blurbs for the headline stories interposed between clips of certain activities, and focus on a meaningless story full of triviality, given only glimpses of the other unsaid part of what is going on.

It really takes the work of thinkers-- or 21st century bloggers-- to analyze and put together in perspective some opinion for dissemination. This is how we comprehend, collectively. Why make 1 person do the work that 100 could do together even better? We need some positive affirmative cooperation, and some deterministic attitudes, no more of this apathy that has confounded our rationale.

You aren't the smartest person in the world, but you're smarter than alot of people, and that makes you pretty smart, so you know you can but you know you aught to seek someones help and get some advice on the best course of action. Even better to get two or three opinions, and chances are by the time you've asked for help four times, the problem will have sorted itself out and you will have built something new you didn't even expect.

It seems fairly obvious to me anyhow that each day I meet new people, do new things and have situations occur, the more people who participate in the thought process the more kinetic energy is generated for those experiences. Actively those who participate in work, sport or art have to engage in social behavior to truly get the most out of their efforts.

We are social beings and we need to interact with each other because it is the interaction of the parts that move the machine and get stuff done. The most worthwhile thing you can do most days is to just have conversation with the people in your world. You can run around thinking about all the things you need to do, or you could settle down and do SOMETHING for someone. Start with listening.
