Wrong O. Zero gets it wrong. We consider ourselves a nation of Americans. But in the new Obama deathspeak American is now a dirty word too (add that to war on terror, terrorists, enemy combatant et al) .
I do consider this a Christian nation, and I am Jewish. And yes, this great nation was created and founded on a Judeo-Christian ethic. It has served us well.
Meanwhile Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught, reporting from Istanbul, said:
"This was the address we had all been waiting for, it hit all the right notes. "He talked about the contribution of the Islamic faith in the life of American Muslims and then he personalised that message by saying 'I know because I am one of them'. It was a message that reached out to many today...."
So Al Jizz is finally saying what those of us on the right exposed and were excoriated for months for exposing (and in my case, years, before President Hussein was elected). Spencer says Zero didn't say that but why split hairs? Al Jizz, Islam's media, is broadcasting to the world that there is a Muslim in the White House.

Earlier today Obama made this pathetic speech (here's the video) to the Muslim nation of Turkey:
In one broad stroke, Barack the barbarian whitewashes any crimes against humanity with impunity.
So are we to understand that the constant malignant drone of the most hateful incitement to Jew hatred and Jewish blood libel is to be "respected"? Iran's call to wipe Israel off the face of the earth is to be respected? Death to America is to be respected? Is this to be respected? Or this?
"Any outstretched hand will be cut off" will be respected?
These cartoons are to be respected? Where is Islam's apology for these calls to murder? We have to drop to our knees to apologize for a couple of innocuous, snarky toons, but RESPECT THIS!
If you were dropped into this moment in time without any context to explain his remarks, you'd think you were listening to the surrender speech of a once great nation.

Italy’s deadliest earthquake in almost three decades killed at least 150 in the region of Abruzzo today, left tens of thousands without shelter and leveled buildings that had stood for centuries. (Bloomberg)
Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, speaking in a televised interview late today, updated the death toll in the central province of L’Aquila and said 1,500 people were injured.
Rescuers combed through the rubble from the 6.3-magnitude quake, whose epicenter was 95 kilometers (60 miles) northeast of Rome. More than 10,000 buildings were damaged or destroyed and as many as 50,000 of the province’s 300,000 people may be homeless, the Civil Protection Agency said.

Obama said the U.S. has been enriched by Muslim Americans, including members of his own family.
