Bob Chapman died Monday, June 4, 2012
Bob Chapman, editor of the International Forecaster had been fighting pancreatic cancer. We will all miss him terribly. He was a hero in his tireless efforts to educate people of the world to the plans of the globalist banking cabal.

We have to honor those who endured making huge sacrifices, attempts on their lives, who were ridiculed and ostracized exposing the global elite and their corrupt system. Tom and Bob laid down the foundations and shared with us their research and knowledge needed to defeat the tyrants. These men must not be forgotten, their sacrifices cost them everything standing by the truth, let us and history hold them in high regard because they were TRUE PATRIOTS. Robert "Bob" John Chapman, age 76, of Winter Haven, FL (formally of Mexico) died Monday, June 4, 2012 due to pancreatic cancer. He was born October 16, 1935 in Boston, MA the son of John Chapman and Ruth Donley Chapman. Bob was a veteran of the US Army, a writer of a news letter discussing finances and economics and a regular radio commentator discussing politics as well as economics and finances. Most of his working life he served as a stock broker.
Bob is survived by his wife, of 47 years, Judith "Judy" Dabrowski Chapman, son: Robert Michael Chapman, daughter: Jenifer Gillotti and her husband Matt, sisters: Dorothy Trecker and Joan Lotz and 4 grandchildren...

FourMinutes To Midnight
To put it simply, the nuclear fuel rods in reactor 4 are sitting
inside of a pool of water that is preventing them from melting down
completely and release massive amounts of radiation far beyond what
already has been released.
The structural integrity of the building has been damaged so greatly that it appears that the reactor 4 building is leaning and officials around the world, including US senators, are warning even a minor earthquake could make it collapse.
If the water leaks out of the pool or the reactors come into open contact with the air there will be devastating consequences for all of humanity.
Besides Gundersen’s assertion that TEPCO doesn’t have enough money to deal with the problem, there have also been reports in the Japanese media that TEPCO isn’t dealing with the situation as they should because the cost would hurt their stock price.
Of course that could change with the recent speculation that TEPCO will be nationalized by the government of Japan but know one knows if nationalization will actually happen or the government is just allowing the cost of the disaster to be placed on the backs of taxpayers.
Furthermore no one knows the true extent of the disaster as a former Fukushima worker has just turned whisteblower and reported TEPCO has been falsifying their reports.
The problem at Fukushima nuclear reactor 4 which is being dubbed as the greatest short-term threat to humanity and has the potential to destroy our world and civilization as we know it.
Now nuclear engineer Arnie Gundersen who is one of the only people providing objective scientific analysis about the Fukushima nuclear fallout believes based on his analysis of the problems that TEPCO simply doesn’t have enough money to deal with the issues there.

What May Unfold
Subject: A map of what seems to be unfolding in May 2012
Dear brenda,
I want to share with you a picture that seems to be unfolding this
month. There is a collection of amazingly profound events that seem to
be synchronistically coming into place. These are:
- An action against the global elite, issued under Admiralty Law, to claim back the 2.4 metric tons, plus “interest” of 4% unpaid for the last 50 years, parties to which include all 12 Federal Reserve Banks and the European Central Bank, amongst others.

Action by the US military to reinstate constitutional government in the United States
This fascinating story has also seen the light of day through the
work of David Wilcock, via his interview with a wonderful “elder
statesman” who goes by the name of Drake. Drake explains how he was
introduced to this plan around 1979, when he was already retired from
the military, and when the plan was already 5” thick. It seems it had
its seeds in the assassination of President Kennedy, and was pushed
along significantly by the activities with President Nixon related to
Watergate.
However, turning to the synchronicity once more, Drake had been
endeavouring to find a national group of any sort with sufficient
interest in the future of the United States to step forward as the
civilian voice around which this effort could be built, from 1979 until
last year without success. However, it was a frustrated call he made
into a radio show to straighten out some misleading information being
provided on that show that led to a legally trained listener in
Pennsylvania taking the necessary action to trigger the reclamation of
the sovereignty of that state, leading to a similar process for all of
the original states of the United States over the ensuing months. This

Canadian Stocks Plunge
* TSX ends down 155.92 pts, or 1.3 pct, at 11,704.74
* Lowest close since Dec. 19, 2011
* Materials, energy and financials fall more than 1 pct
* Greek uncertainty hurts sentiment

TORONTO, May 8 (Reuters) - Canadian stocks hit a 2012 low on
Tuesday, as resource and financial shares floundered after a
threat by new leadership in Greece to renounce the country's
bailout terms raised fears of a new flare-up in the euro zone
debt crisis.
On Tuesday, Greece's Leftist candidate for prime minister,
Alexis Tsipras, set conditions for a new coalition that the
centrist conservative party said would drive the country out of
the euro.
Markets roiled at the news, and Canadian stocks sank for a
fifth straight session.
"We're down almost 700 points since last Wednesday," said
Bruce Latimer, a trader at Dundee Securities. "That's a heck of
a haircut in a short period of time."
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
finished down 155.92 points, or 1.3 percent, at
11,704.74. It was the index's lowest close since Dec. 19.
The TSX has fallen more than 5 percent since the beginning
of May.
Eight of the TSX's 10 main sectors finished in the red.
Losses were led by the heavyweight materials group, which
tumbled 2.8 percent as miners were hit by a sharp drop in gold
and base metals prices.
Top gold producers Barrick Gold and Goldcorp Inc
were the sector's most influential decliners. Barrick,
the world's largest gold miner, fell 2.5 percent to C$36.71 and
Goldcorp sank 4.3 percent to C$34.40.
"With the decline in prices you're starting to get that
cleansing process where the baby gets thrown out with the bath
water," said Arthur Salzer, executive director and chief
executive officer of Northland Wealth Management.
Base metals miners were led lower by copper miner Teck
Resources, down 2.4 percent to C$33.53, and Silver
Wheaton, off 3.2 percent to C$26.43.
The unfolding Greek drama may have implications for other
struggling euro zone nations such as Spain, which could follow
suit in rejecting harsh austerity constraints, said Gavin
Graham, president at Graham Investment Strategy.
"If Spain chooses to renegotiate its bonds and make foreign
bond owners eat a 75 percent haircut, which is what happened in
Greece, then effectively the French and German banking systems
are going to be under severe stress," said Graham.
Canadian financial firms, which have less exposure to risky
European debt holdings than their global counterparts, were down
1.2 percent. Losses were led by major lenders Royal Bank of
Canada, down 1.7 percent at C$54.09, and
Toronto-Dominion Bank, off 1.5 percent at C$80.42.
Energy shares were also down, slipping 1.1 percent. Oil
prices fell for a fifth day running on Tuesday, with U.S. crude
down 8.62 percent, the biggest five-day percentage loss since
October.
Suncor Energy, Canada's largest oil producer,
dropped 1.5 percent to C$29.77. Canadian Natural Resources
dropped 3 percent to C$30.69.
In other company news, shares of Research In Motion Ltd
rose 2.1 percent to C$12 after the struggling
BlackBerry maker named chief marketing and operating officers on
Tuesday ahead of the launch of its next-generation BlackBerry 10
smartphones later this year.
Canadian Pacific Railway stock fell 1.1 percent to
C$73.69 after the head of U.S. hedge fund Pershing Square
Capital Management said on Tuesday that the future of Canada's
second-biggest railway should be decided by shareholder vote.

The Toronto stock market tumbled more than 200 points mid-morning Tuesday as commodity prices retreated amid worries that Greece could be edging closer to default.
The S&P/TSX composite index fell 207.67 points or 1.75 per cent to 11,652.99 while the TSX Venture Exchange declined 54.91 points to 1,342.51.

Peru Birds Dying
According to Francisco Nique, president of the Association of Fishermen of Puerto Eten, for about 10 or 12 days have found more than 1,200 dead pelicans along 160 kilometers, between Punta Negra, in Piura , and San Jose creek in Lambayeque .
He reported that seven dolphins were found stranded, which add up to more than 3,000 fish dead in northern Peru so far this year.
The Peruvian Sea Institute (IMARPE) has not yet determined the cause of death of the birds
and said the dolphins may have been killed by a virus, while Nique said
the cause could be the paucity of species that function as food or
seismic waves for exploration activities in the area.

Cataclysmic BC Fire
Every day people are in danger from the things in our world. Vehicles are dangerous but not nearly as dangerous as some of these factories that have been built around the world.
We all think of Nuclear reactors as being the most disastrous, and they are, but as this terrible Prince George sawmill explosion shows, any accident can be terrible.
Four people had to be airlifted to hospitals in Vancouver and Edmonton, and 18 remain in the University Hospital.

1946 NURENBERG TRIAL

Perhaps to the outsider this machinery of the State may appear like the cables of a telephone exchange - apparently without system. But, like the latter, it could be served and dominated by one single will.
Earlier dictators during their work of leadership needed highly qualified assistants, even at the lowest level, men who could think and act independently. The totalitarian system in the period of modern technical development can dispense with them; the means of communication alone make it possible to mechanize the lower leadership. As a result of this there arises the new type of the uncritical recipient of orders.
We had only reached the beginning of the development. The nightmare of many a man that one day nations could be dominated by technical means was all but realized in Hitler's totalitarian system.
Today the danger of being terrorized by technocracy threatens every country in the world. In modern dictatorship this appears to me inevitable. Therefore, the more technical the world becomes, the more necessary is the promotion of individual freedom and the individual's awareness of himself as a counterbalance.
Hitler not only took advantage of technical developments to dominate his own people - he nearly succeeded, by means of his technical lead, in subjugating the whole of Europe. It was merely due to a few fundamental shortcomings of organization, such as are typical in a dictatorship because of the absence of criticism, that he did not have twice as many tanks, aircraft, and submarines before 1942.
But if a modern industrial State utilizes its intelligence, its science, its technical developments and its production for a number of years in order to gain a lead in the sphere of armament, then, even with a sparing use of its manpower, it can, because of its technical superiority, completely overtake and conquer the world, if other nations should employ their technical abilities during that same period only on behalf of the cultural progress of humanity.
The more technical the world becomes, the greater this danger will be, and the more serious will be an established lead in the technical means of warfare.
This war ended with remote-controlled rockets, aircraft with the speed of sound, new types of submarines, torpedoes which find their own targets, with atom bombs, and with the prospect of a horrible kind of chemical warfare.
Of necessity the next war will be overshadowed by these new destructive inventions of the human mind.
In five to ten years the technique of warfare will make it possible to fire rockets from continent to continent with uncanny precision. By atomic fission it can destroy one million people in the centre of New York in a matter of seconds with a rocket manned, perhaps, by only ten men, invisible, without previous warning, faster than sound. Science is able to spread pestilence among human beings and animals and to destroy crops by insect warfare. Chemistry has developed terrible weapons with which it can inflict unspeakable suffering upon helpless human beings.
Will there ever again be a nation which will use the technical discoveries of this war for the preparation of a new war, while the rest of the world is employing the technical progress of this war for the benefit of humanity, thus attempting to create a slight compensation for its horrors?
As a former minister of a highly developed armament system, it is my last duty to say the following:
A new large-scale war will end with the destruction of human culture and civilization. Nothing prevents unconfined technique and science from completing the work of destroying human beings, which it has begun in so dreadful a way in this war.

Diane Francis authored a very disturbing and 40-years-outdated column on Tuesday (“The real inconvenient truth: The whole world needs to adopt China’s one-child policy,” Dec.
. Such rhetoric about overpopulation flies in the face of the depopulation dynamics that are striking fear into many politicians and economists around the world.
But just as disturbing is Ms. Francis’ sanitized view of China’s one-child policy, which she recommends. This policy has been thoroughly documented as being a forced abortion policy, with all the outrageous abuses against women that one might expect from such a policy. China is facing a serious gender imbalance because of its massive slaughter of unborn girls, due to parents’ preference for boys.
If the Chinese hadn’t been limited to only one child, they wouldn’t have felt the need to make this deadly choice. This one-child policy also led to a number of high-profile refugee situations as a few brave women, threatened with the killing of their children, sought to flee China. And some are trying to fight the brutality from within the country. Ms. Francis should do more research before she conjures the image of China’s one-child policy as a worthwhile depopulation strategy.
Furthermore, depopulation — not overpopulation — has already been thoroughly exposed as today’s problem, not a solution. A cross-section of professionals, including economists, demographers and social scientists, have recently produced two documentaries on this problem: Demographic Winter and Demographic Bomb.
Canada and most, if not all, European countries now have birth rates below the replacement rate of 2.1. The documentaries are must-viewing for anyone serious about addressing the challenges of population today. As the producers of Demographic Winter note: “Worldwide, birthrates have declined by more than 50% in the past 30 years (since 1979). There are now 59 nations, with 44% of the world’s population, with below-replacement fertility. Sometime in this century, the world’s population will begin to decline. (The United Nations Population Division says that, worldwide, we could achieve below-replacement fertility by 2030.) At a certain point, the decline will become rapid. We may even reach what demographers call population free fall in our lifetimes. Russia is losing 750,000 people a year. Its population (currently 145 million) is expected to fall by one-third by 2050.”
By 2015, the number of deaths in Europe will have outstripped the number of births. By 2060, the ratio of people of working age to those over age 65 will be two to one. The growth momentum of Europe’s 27 member states will continue to carry it until 2035; after this the population will begin to decline drastically from a predicted 521 million to 506 million by 2060. These conclusions come from a report released last summer by Eurostat, the European Union’s statistical service.
Economists have been lamenting for years a looming crisis with social welfare programs as the proportion of elderly people to workers in many Western countries declines. Nations with social welfare systems also need children to survive. A burgeoning elderly population combined with a shrinking work force will lead to a train wreck for state pension systems.
Ms. Francis pretends that economies can flourish with depopulation. On the contrary, the past century has seen the largest population growth in global history, yet simultaneously, the standard of living has risen and life expectancies have increased across the globe. People typically reduce spending as they age and children move away from home, so as the older age cohort increases relative to a nation’s population, the country’s economic health can be expected to decline.
An article published in The Globe and Mail in January of this year (Baby Boom best bet to cure China’s ills, Jan. 28), presented evidence that even China was in urgent need of population growth: “Population is at the heart of long-term economic expansion,” writes China scholar Derek Scissors in a paper for the Heritage Foundation, a U.S. think tank. “China is soon to leave what has been an extended demographic pattern supporting economic growth and enter a very different pattern entailing difficult policy choices.”
In summary, I was shocked to read Ms. Francis’ advocacy for depopulation, especially drawing on the imagery of China’s ruthless one-child forced abortion policy. Hopefully Ms. Francis will have further opportunity to examine this significant topic and explore the current relevant studies.

This one-child policy also led to a number of high-profile refugee situations as a few brave women, threatened with the killing of their children, sought to flee China. And some are trying to fight the brutality from within the country. Ms. Francis should do more research before she conjures the image of China’s one-child policy as a worthwhile depopulation strategy.
Furthermore, depopulation — not overpopulation — has already been thoroughly exposed as today’s problem, not a solution. A cross-section of professionals, including economists, demographers and social scientists, have recently produced two documentaries on this problem: Demographic Winter and Demographic Bomb.
Canada and most, if not all, European countries now have birth rates below the replacement rate of 2.1. The documentaries are must-viewing for anyone serious about addressing the challenges of population today. As the producers of Demographic Winter note: “Worldwide, birthrates have declined by more than 50% in the past 30 years (since 1979). There are now 59 nations, with 44% of the world’s population, with below-replacement fertility. Sometime in this century, the world’s population will begin to decline. (The United Nations Population Division says that, worldwide, we could achieve below-replacement fertility by 2030.) At a certain point, the decline will become rapid. We may even reach what demographers call population free fall in our lifetimes. Russia is losing 750,000 people a year. Its population (currently 145 million) is expected to fall by one-third by 2050.”
By 2015, the number of deaths in Europe will have outstripped the number of births. By 2060, the ratio of people of working age to those over age 65 will be two to one. The growth momentum of Europe’s 27 member states will continue to carry it until 2035; after this the population will begin to decline drastically from a predicted 521 million to 506 million by 2060. These conclusions come from a report released last summer by Eurostat, the European Union’s statistical service.
Economists have been lamenting for years a looming crisis with social welfare programs as the proportion of elderly people to workers in many Western countries declines. Nations with social welfare systems also need children to survive. A burgeoning elderly population combined with a shrinking work force will lead to a train wreck for state pension systems.
Ms. Francis pretends that economies can flourish with depopulation. On the contrary, the past century has seen the largest population growth in global history, yet simultaneously, the standard of living has risen and life expectancies have increased across the globe. People typically reduce spending as they age and children move away from home, so as the older age cohort increases relative to a nation’s population, the country’s economic health can be expected to decline.
An article published in The Globe and Mail in January of this year (Baby Boom best bet to cure China’s ills, Jan. 28), presented evidence that even China was in urgent need of population growth: “Population is at the heart of long-term economic expansion,” writes China scholar Derek Scissors in a paper for the Heritage Foundation, a U.S. think tank. “China is soon to leave what has been an extended demographic pattern supporting economic growth and enter a very different pattern entailing difficult policy choices.”
In summary, I was shocked to read Ms. Francis’ advocacy for depopulation, especially drawing on the imagery of China’s ruthless one-child forced abortion policy. Hopefully Ms. Francis will have further opportunity to examine this significant topic and explore the current relevant studies.

March 2nd is a day that some of us have been looking at with concern.
There might be a plot to try and start a war with Iran on March 2nd.
If there is, know that it is contrived and false, and that another war is unacceptable.
- The AP reports that during the last set of meetings the Israelis defiantly told the U.S. that if they attacked Iran, they would leave the U.S. in the dark. Here’s how Mike Rogers, the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee put it:
- Rogers told CNN on Monday: “I got the sense that Israel is incredibly serious about a strike on their nuclear weapons program. It’s their calculus that the administration … is not serious about a real military consequence to Iran moving forward.
- “They believe they’re going to have to make a decision on their own, given the current posture of the United States,” he added.
- Now, Israel’s two top leaders head to Washington for separate sets of talks in the coming days. Bibi comes for his annual triumphal curtain call before the Aipac national conference. There he will certainly repeat his baleful predictions of what a world with Iranian nukes would be like. It could be his last speech in this country before an Israeli attack.
- "It's unprecedented outreach to Israel to make sure we are working together to develop the plan to deter Iran from developing a nuclear weapon," and to keep Iran from exporting terrorism, said Maryland Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, the top Democrat on the House intelligence committee.

Iran Again Asks For Nuclear Talks With UN

With international tensions running high over its controversial nuclear program, Iran on Tuesday repeated assertions that it wants talks with the United Nations nuclear watchdog agency.
"We are optimistic," Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said, "that upcoming meetings between the high delegation of the [U.N.] and the Iranian [side] will be proceeding hopefully in the right direction."
Salehi's comments in Geneva come after the U.N.'s International Atomic Energy Agency said last week it has "major differences" and "major concerns" with Iran over its nuclear program and possible weapons development.
U.N. inspectors said that a visit to Tehran, aimed at gaining greater access to key nuclear sites and scientists, ended in failure.
Iran, which claims to have peaceful nuclear ambitions, has made numerous statements indicating it is ready for international dialogue but has put conditions on possible talks.
Israel and Western powers accuse Iran of trying to develop nuclear weapons under cover of a civilian energy program, a charge Tehran denies.

Google plans to launch TV service via Google Fiber

Google Fiber, a subsidiary of Google, has filed applications in Missouri and Kansas to operate a video/TV service. The news follows reports that Google is currently laying down the foundation of its ultra-fast 1 GB/s broadband connection in the same city, leading to speculation that this new video service -- which may compete with cable companies -- will piggyback Google Fiber.
"We're still exploring what products will be available when we launch Google Fiber," Google spokeswoman Jenna Wandres said in an email. The internet service is expected to launch at least in one unspecified neighborhood sometime early this summer, and so far Google hasn't actually stated what types of products it will package with the new Internet connection.
In the Kansas application, Google reportedly said it will "utilize national and regional video headend facilities (programming collection points) to send IPTV (internet-based television) across a private (internet protocol) network to subscribers." The application was filed on Friday with both the Kansas Corporation Commission and the Missouri Public Service Commission.
Last year news reports suggested that Google was in talks with Disney, Time Warner and Discovery about distributing their content. There were also claims that Google filed an application with the FCC to establish commercial-scale satellite dishes at a factory in Council Bluffs, Iowa, a place that already plays host to a Google data center. Like cable companies, these could be used as an "antenna farm" which capture video signals and transform them into channels for consumer use.
"The company has also been testing Wi-Fi transmitters from the home that could move data at the same gigabit speeds as its fiber optic cables - suggesting a holistic system for blanketing homes with Internet service 100 to 1,000 times quicker than the U.S. average," the paper reports.
There’s indication that Google's data center in Council Bluffs will become one giant DVR for those Kansas City residents subscribing to Google's TV service. The search engine giant is supposedly working to create a Cloud TV service, replacing DVRs and TiVo set top boxes. Google Fiber can make this happen, as its 1 GB/s speed will make retrieving all that stored video manageable as multiple televisions in hundreds of homes within a single neighborhood stream all that video at the same time.
"We could call this the 'YouTubization' of linear TV," said Bernstein Research in a report. "Expect Google to store (and make available to consumers) the content across all or most TV channels it will provide ... Storing the content of hundreds of TV channels for days, weeks or longer and serving them on-demand to individual users requires large amounts of storage and processing capacity. Of course, this is only possible if homes are connected to the cloud through very high-speed connections."
Would a Google TV service be a welcome addition to your town? For many consumers, an alternative could be a welcome sight, providing a local choice other than Time Warner, Comcast or whomever else is currently monopolizing the local area.
